4Link4WD LLC proudly ships worldwide from the United States.

Please review the following information carefully before placing an international order.

Shipping Carriers

International orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or other international logistics providers, depending on destination and package size.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Import Duties, VAT & Taxes (DAP Model)

All international orders are shipped under Delivered At Place (DAP) terms.

This means:

  • The customer is responsible for any import duties, VAT (Value Added Tax), customs clearance fees, or other taxes imposed by the destination country.
  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.
  • Payment of any import taxes or duties may be required before the carrier releases the shipment.

4Link4WD LLC does not collect or remit VAT for international orders unless otherwise agreed in writing.

VAT-Registered Businesses (EU & UK)

If you are a VAT-registered business, please contact us before placing your order if you require a commercial invoice issued without VAT for reverse-charge purposes.

We may request:

  • Business name
  • Registered business address
  • VAT number
  • Contact phone number for customs clearance

Customs Delays

International shipments may be subject to customs processing delays that are outside of our control.

4Link4WD LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, import procedures, or local carrier processing.

Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid import duties or VAT:

  • The customer will be responsible for any return shipping charges and associated fees.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Accuracy of Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including:

  • Complete business name (if applicable)
  • Full delivery address
  • Contact phone number

Incomplete or incorrect information may result in delivery delays.
