Unlike the factory inserts, these replacements extend deeper into the 3" ID cardboard spool core, providing better support and preventing the spool ends from pulling out when tension is applied. The result is smooth, consistent rolling on standard 1" OD metal dispenser bars, even when pulling tubing quickly through an impulse sealer.
